Cozy up with a glass of wine and a compelling, creepy story… in a century old theater in Downtown Toronto.

Ted Rogers Cinema, in Toronto’s Annex neighborhood, presents diverse films year round. Their roster offers a multitude of documentaries, cult classics, and, of course, The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

This month the cinema presents two iconic true crime flicks: The Thin Blue Line from Director Errol Morris who created this timely masterpiece about wrongful conviction, and Andrew Jarecki’s Capturing the Friedmans. The director of the hit HBO series, The Jinx, gained acclaim (and garnered plenty of backlash) for his portrait of a dysfunctional family wrestling with allegations of sexual abuse.
